La garita está ubicada 10 metros de las gradas privadas del departamento. El conjunto, la playa, y el parqueadero son monitoreados a través de cámaras las 24h por una central de seguridad.
Safety. Per some of our guests' inquiries, we have decided to add the following information: Alcazar del Sol apartment complex is very safe, it has a 24-hour guard on duty. The sentry box is located 10 meters from the private stairs of the apartment. The complex, the beach, and the parking lot are monitored through cameras 24 hours a day by a security center.

Ubidado en Club Casablanca, en Same, Esmeraldas. El complejo es seguro, con guardias las 24 horas. La temperatura, tanto fuera como dentro del agua, está siempre alrededor de 25 grados centígrados, lo cual es ideal para estadías a cualquier momento del año.
I. INFORMACION DEL DEPARTAMENTO:
Ubicado en el segundo -y último- piso, el departamento tiene su propia entrada con escaleras externas y ofrece una hermosa vista hacia la piscina y el Océano Pacífico. La piscina se encuentra a pasos del departamento y la playa a 20 metros.
Es de 120 m², y luminoso con ventanas en todas las habitaciones y en los baños.
Está completamente amoblado, tiene 2 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, comedor y sala con cocina abierta, y una terraza.
Dispone de 5 camas: 1 cama doble en el cuarto Master, y 4 camas simples (son 2 camas nido) en el segundo cuarto.
La capacidad maxima es de 6 personas.
Cuenta con una carpa de playa.
Aire Acondicionado en ambos cuartos.
II. PARQUEADEROS:
Cuenta con 2 parqueaderos numerados asignados al departamento.
III. INTERNET:
El departamento cuenta con WIFI.
IV. TELEVISIÓN:
Dispone de una televisión Smart. Puede acceder a Youtube y a su cuenta de Netflix.
V. SERVICIO DE COCINA y LIMPIEZA:
Recomendamos a Irene a quien conocemos desde hace 23 años.
Sus servicios laborales son independientes, opcionales, por un valor de 23 $ diarios.

VI. MERCADOS CERCANOS:
Dentro del club, a 10 minutos a pie del departamento se encuentra un restaurante, un mercado, y mesones de vendedores de pescado y mariscos. Además, el club se encuentra a 5 minutos en vehículo del pueblo Tonchigue donde hay farmacias, varias tiendas, café internet, gasolinera, etc…
VII. ACTIVIDADES:
Además de la playa y de la piscina, también cuenta con las siguientes actividades (que sus costos no están incluidos en el alquiler):
- Tenis (4 canchas).
- Paseo en lancha para observar ballenas, entre los meses de Julio y Octubre.
- Atracciones de noche en Atacames (a 15 minutos del club en vehículo) con varios restaurantes y bares a lo largo de la playa.

Located in Club Casablanca in Same, Esmeraldas. The resort is gated and well secured with guards on a 24h basis. The year-round temperature outside and inside the water is around 25 degrees C which makes it ideal for stays at any time of the year.
I. APARTMENT INFORMATION:
Located on the second -and last- floor, the apartment has its own private access and offers a beautiful view over the swimming pool and the Pacific Ocean.
The space is of 120 m2, and bright with windows in every area. It is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dining area and living room with an open kitchen, and a terrace.
The swimming pool is located steps away from the apartment, and the beach within 20m.
There are 5 beds: 1 queen bed in the Master bedroom and 4 single beds (these are 2 trundle beds) in the second room.
The maximum capacity is for 6 persons.
Beach tent available.
Air Condicioning in both bedrooms.
II. PARKING:
Guests have access to 2 numbered parking spaces assigned to the apartment.
III. INTERNET:
The apartment has WIFI.
IV. TELEVISION AND DIRECT TV:
The apartment has a Smart TV. You can access Youtube and your Netflix account.
V. COOKING/CLEANING SERVICE:
We recommend Irene whom we have known for 23 years.
Her services are independent, optional, and of $ 23 per day.
Please pay her in cash for her services.
VI. MARKETS & RESTAURANTS:
Inside the resort, at 10 minutes walk from the apartment, there is a mini-market, seafood stands, and a restaurant. In addition, at 5 minutes drive from the resort is a village called Tonchigue where there is a gas station, pharmacies, sea food stands, food stores, internet cafe, etc...
VII. ACTIVITIES:
In addition to the beach and the swiming pool, the following activities are available (which costs are not included in the rental price):
—Tennis (4 courts).
—Humpback Whales watching in Atacames, from July until October.
—Nightlife in Atacames with several restaurants and bars along the beach.
