* We guarantee ventilation, disinfection, and closing of each house for a minimum of 2 nights between each rental.
** Safety. Per some of our guests' inquiries, we have decided to add the following information: Ecollacta is located in a quiet and very safe area. The property has two entrances. At one entrance is the caretaker's house and we stay at the other entrance. The guests' houses are on a hill in the middle of the property about 700 meters from each entrance.

RESERVATION PROCESS AND CONDITIONS:
A) Reservation Process:
In case your arrival is more than 30 days from today's date: please transfer 30% of the total value of your reservation within the next 24 hours. And 20% 30 days before your arrival. And 50% 8 days prior to arrival.
In case your arrival is within 30 days from today's date: please transfer 50% of the total value of your reservation within the next 24 hours. And 50% 8 days prior to arrival.
In case your arrival is within the next 8 days, please transfer the total value of your reservation within the next 4 hours.

B) Reservation Conditions:
--- In case of cancellation of reservation due to force majeure: "Art.30 of the Ecuadorian Civil Code defines Force Majeure or Fortuitous Event, as the unforeseen event that is not possible to resist, such as: a shipwreck, a earthquake, acts of authority exercised by a public official, among others", will have full refund of the deposited amount.
--- In case of cancellation for personal reasons (other than for reasons of force majeure as indicated in the previous paragraph): you will have the refund (partial or total) depending on whether we manage to be able to rent the dates (or parts) of your reservation to another family.
--- In case of not receiving the transfer confirmation receipts within times indicated, the dates of your reservation will be opened in the calendar to rent them to other potential guests. Thanks for your understanding.
--- In case the number of people staying varies from number of people indicated in your original reservation, the cost of the reservation will vary by $15 per night per person. Please inform us of a change in the number of people in your reservation, if it may be the case, with a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your arrival day.
